ABOUT STINE MARIE
YOGA TEACHER & TOUR LEADER
Stine Marie Ellegaard is your yoga teacher and primary tour leader on B R E A T H E Yoga & Ocean Retreat.
A BIT OF HISTORY
Stine is currently teaching yoga in several studios in Copenhagen as well as leading Yoga & Hike Retreats in Sweden after having spent years of leading long-term travel groups all over the world.
Ever since she graduated from high school she created a life full of adventure, travelling and building communities. She has been living abroad more than once and ever since 2019 been leading trips for more than 350 people, bringing groups around the world to explore culture, nature and comfort zones while enjoying life and all its opportunities.
TOUR LEADING
Stine is a natural leader and a safe space holder - and known for her sense of people and humor; always focusing on bringing good vibes, big laughs and professionalism.
She can fix almost anything and her eye for structure and details invite you to lean back and just enjoy. Just Breathe.
“The most beautiful thing about leading groups is those magical moments where I witness my travellers overcome their fears, fold out their courageous wings and learn to trust their own powers. I always see this sparkle their eyes when they return from their first ever ocean dive.”
OCEAN LOVER
In 2014 Stine did her Open Water Certificate while Living in Mauritius. Something she was at first very scared of doing, but instantly learned that this was for forever going to change her life. Since then Stine has been diving in amazing dive destinations such as Galapagos Islands, Hawai’i, Indonesia, Australia, Fiji, Mexico, Cuba and many more. But closest to her heart will always be the crystal clear waters of Maldives in Rasdhoo Atoll.
She has traveled to the stunning island around 8 times and spent more than half a year in Rasdhoo where she actually also did her Advanced Open Water and her Rescue Diver Certification with dive instructor Yatte from Big Blue Divers.
“Rasdhoo Island feels like my second HOME, and the team at Big Blue Divers are like a small family to me.”
THE YOGA JOURNEY
In Bali Stine fell absolutely in love with the power of yoga as she discovered it was anything but ‘standing uncomfortably still in random poses’. Ever since she has been inspired by yoga teachers from all over the world and spent hours and hours on yoga mats during her travels and back home in Danmark. Finally she did her 100H Teacher Training with Yoga Teacher Simon Krohn and after that continued with her Vinyasa Teacher Traing with Michael Bjerrum and Emily Losno. Her drive, dedication and passion has brought her employment at the very respected Nordic Health House as well as [jo:ga]-studios where she teaches several weekly classes. She is also leading Hike & Yoga trips in Sweden.
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME
On your journey to Rasdhoo Island Stine will be inviting you into a yoga experience with a focus on just being you, as you are. Your yoga experience is not important. The only thing you have to do is show up for yourself and just B R E A T H E. The yoga sessions will be adjusted to the group with the purpose of building connection between your body, mind and spirit through movement, breathing and grounding.
“As a Yoga Teacher it is my highest purpose to hold the space safely for you to be free and create a connection to what is important for you, TODAY. I’m equally honoured and excited to welcome you on the yoga mat, just as you are”

ABOUT SIV MØLDRUP -ANDERSEN
DANISH DIVE INSTRUCTOR & HOST
Siv Møldrup-Andersen is your dive instructor and guide on B R E A T H E Yoga & Ocean Retreat – and the one who will introduce you to the underwater world of Rasdhoo.
A BIT OF HISTORY
Siv is originally from Denmark, she has a degree in political science with a minor in psychology – but quickly realised that a traditional path wasn’t enough. She chose a life closer to the ocean. What started as a curiosity for diving turned into something much bigger. Over time, she built her life around the sea, people and experiences – combining her understanding of humans with her passion for adventure and connection. Today, she lives and works in the Maldives, where she spends her days diving, guiding and creating unforgettable moments underwater.
LIFE IN RASDHOO
Rasdhoo is not just a destination for Siv – it’s home. She works as a dive instructor with Big Blue Divers, where she dives daily and guides people through some of the most beautiful marine life in the world. The island is known for its incredible dive sites – especially encounters with sharks, manta rays and vibrant coral reefs. For Siv, it’s not just about what you see underwater, but how it makes you feel.
“Rasdhoo has this very special energy. Life is simple here, but everything feels bigger – the ocean, the experiences and the connection you create with people.”
DIVING & TEACHING
Siv teaches with a calm, down-to-earth and very human approach. She knows that diving can feel both exciting and overwhelming – especially the first time – and she focuses on making you feel safe, confident and present. She focuses on understanding fear and meeting people where they are. She builds trust step by step, creating a safe and supportive environment. At the same time, she gently helps people push their comfort zones and discover what they’re capable of. She’s known for creating a relaxed atmosphere where there’s space to laugh, learn and grow.
“The best moments are when I see someone come up from their first dive – completely speechless, with the biggest smile. That feeling never gets old.”
OCEAN LOVER TOO
The ocean is where Siv feels most at home – and it shows in everything she does.
She spends most of her days underwater, exploring coral reefs, guiding dives and sharing her deep love for marine life with others. For her, the ocean is not just a place – it’s a feeling. A space where everything slows down, where you become present, and where the outside world fades away.
Whether it’s swimming alongside reef sharks, drifting with the current or simply floating in silence, Siv sees every dive as an opportunity to connect – both with nature and with yourself.
MORE THAN JUST DIVING
For Siv, this retreat is about so much more than diving.
It’s about stepping away from everyday stress and giving yourself space to breathe. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, your body and your surroundings in a way that we often forget in our busy lives. It’s also about trying something new – maybe even something that feels a little scary at first – and discovering that you’re capable of more than you think. And most importantly, it’s about being part of a small, meaningful community. Sharing experiences, laughs, challenges and quiet moments with people who are on the same journey as you. Together with Stine, Siv creates a space where you can both challenge yourself and completely relax. A space where there is no pressure to perform – only an invitation to be present, curious and open.
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME IN DIVING
Whether it’s your very first time diving or you already feel at home in the ocean – you are welcome here. You don’t need any experience. You don’t need to be “good” at it. You just need to show up as you are.
Siv will guide you step by step, always at your own pace, making sure you feel safe, supported and comfortable every moment of the way. She understands that everyone starts somewhere – and that the first step is often the biggest one. That’s why her focus is not just on teaching you how to dive, but on helping you feel calm, confident and ready to enjoy the experience.
“No matter your level, the goal is the same – to feel comfortable, to enjoy the ocean and to leave with a feeling you’ll never forget.”
